New peristaltic pump patent # 7,284,964

Blue-White has been awarded another patent for peristaltic pump technology.

This is Blue-White's third patent for peristaltic pumps.

This patent is separate from our existing TFD patent, which detects tube failure from inside the peristaltic pump head. This new patent is now used to detect tube failure from outside of the pump head with no false triggering.

This patent can be used to retrofit older peristaltic pumps with the TFD system.

Micro-Flo - Flow Verification Sensor

The Micro-Flo FVS (Flow Verification Sensor) can be connected directly to the A-100NV or the C-1100V metering pumps.

The pump's electronics will continuously monitor the Micro-Flo FVS to ensure chemical injection.

If chemical should fail to inject, the pump will stop and an alarm relay will close allowing for remote alarm indication or initiation of a backup pump.
